OnBuy Seller Login

Sign in to the OnBuy Seller Centre, fix a login that will not work, and automate your pricing so you do not have to log in to change it.

OnBuy sellers manage their listings, orders and prices through the OnBuy Seller
Centre. This page covers where to sign in, what to do when you cannot, and how to
get at your pricing without logging in at all.

Where to sign in

The OnBuy Seller Centre lives at seller.onbuy.com. It is a different login
from the shopper account you would use to buy something on OnBuy, so if you have
both, make sure you are on the seller site. Sign in with the email address you
registered your selling account under.

Bookmark the Seller Centre directly rather than searching for it each time. Search
results for "onbuy seller login" frequently surface the shopper login instead,
which will reject your seller credentials and look like a broken password.

When your login will not work

Most failed seller sign-ins come down to one of five things:

  • You are on the shopper login, not the Seller Centre. The two accounts are separate even when they share an email address.
  • The account is registered to a different email. Business accounts are often set up under a shared inbox such as info@ or accounts@ rather than a personal one.
  • Your account is pending verification. New selling accounts cannot sign in until OnBuy has verified your business details and bank account.
  • Two-factor codes are going to an old device or number. Update these in your account settings before you change phone.
  • The account has been suspended. OnBuy emails the registered address when this happens, so check that inbox, including spam, before assuming a technical fault.

If none of those apply, use the password reset on the Seller Centre login page. It
sends to the registered address, which is also a quick way to confirm which email
the account actually uses. For anything that reset cannot fix, OnBuy seller support
is the only route - no third party can restore access to your account.

Keeping your prices moving without logging in

Signing in to change prices by hand is the part that does not scale. Competitors
move at all hours, and a catalogue of any size cannot be checked manually often
enough to keep up.

Re-Pricer connects to your OnBuy account through the official API, so your prices
keep responding to competitors whether or not anyone is signed in:

  • Competitor prices are checked continuously and your listings adjust to the rules you set, typically within a couple of minutes of a change.
  • Every price is bounded by a minimum and maximum you define per product, so automation cannot undercut your own margin.
  • Delivery charges are counted in the comparison, because OnBuy ranks on the total cost to the buyer rather than the item price alone.
  • Buy Box position is tracked over time, so you can see which price points actually win rather than guessing.

You connect it once from your OnBuy API settings. After that the only reason to open
the Seller Centre is to do something Re-Pricer deliberately leaves to you, like
editing listing content or handling an order.
